  • Full refund if the organiser cancels the session before kick-off.
  • No refund for players who confirmed but do not show up.
  • Partial refunds at organiser discretion for late cancellations.
  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days via original payment method.
  • A R2.00 (excl. VAT) PayFast processing fee applies per refund transaction.
